Turnip Greens by Rico J. Gore

Serves: 6


Ingredients

 5 Cups Chopped Turnip Greens

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

 2 Cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)

1 Onion
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Dash Tobasco
Salt – to taste
Optional – Crushed red pepper (to taste/add heat)

 Directions

1. Combine ingredients in large stock pot
2. Cook over medium heat, until greens wither/cook down
3. Stir occasionally until greens reach desired tenderness
